UATFramework use case

This is an issue to track the high-level use case of UATFramework.

I want to run my tests using Ansible against any number of virtual machines. I want to use a dynamic inventory script (example for CI provider) that allows me to select VMs provisioned at test time. The feature files define which host groups to run tests against (example).
