Justification and Further Info
Proton Authenticator seems like a solid choice to include in something like this. It keeps things simple and its all about privacy. Comes from a company thats already known for handling security well and being open about what they do. The code is open-source too. It uses the usual TOTP method, and it doesnt collect extra data you wouldnt want it to.
Not able to be self hosted but source code avalible
Im not connected to Proton or anything like that, just think they're a fair company
