Backup doesn't work in Win 26H1 #2418

Describe the bug
I have the latest version Win 11 28000.1575 installed, the backup: Save to XML and Load from XML doesn't work, for example: when I try to save settings to XML file in my drive I get some blink but Openshell never opens the windows to save the file to my drive, same when I try to load XML file.
