Bug: Hammer general options panel content is extremely wide under linux/wine #1635

Describe the bug
In Strata Hammer (P2CE version), the Options->General panel's contents are insanely wide for some reason, with a few of the settings scattered across a vast expanse of scrollable space.
For some additional context I am currently launching the program with -winecompat and after using winetricks to install dxvk. It did this before I did either of these things however. I am also currently unable to use wayland for unrelated reasons, so this may be an X11 problem.
To Reproduce
Open the settings panel and note the super tiny little scrollbar at the bottom if your system is affected.
