RFC: Automatic Dehydration API for React Server Components (App Router)

Currently hydration must be manually configured.
Propose an automatic dehydrator:

auto-detect server-side queries

serialize results

inject into hydration boundary automatically

zero-config DX for RSC + CSR hybrid apps

This removes the biggest mental overhead when using Query + Next.js 14/15.
