[Bug]: 0.15.0, sub agent does not have access to mcp tool provided

What happened?

After upgraded to 0.15.0, when I configed the MCP tool, the main agent can use it normally, but the sub agent cannot access it.

What did you expect to happen?

Sub agent should be able to call the MCP tool

Steps to reproduce

• provide mcp tool for auggie
• create sub agent
• tell the main agent to call subagent to use mcp tool

sorry about this, removed mcp tools from subagents because we were running into an issue with extraneous node processes spinning up, working on getting this restored
