bulk download submissions stopped working #2184

Hi,
Thanks for this great tool! I am an organizer for the competitions 10749 and 10751. Since today, I cannot download submissions from the submission table (competition page -> submissions -> select submissions with the corresponding checkbox -> click the download selected button), although it worked for me in the past. This happens when either single or multiple submissions are selected. Temporarily, the interface shows an empty progress bar and the erroneous message "no files to download".
Downloading the submission by clicking on the submission row and on "submission file" works. Looking at the logs below, it seems that some form of authentication may be missing from the request (405 response).
