Question: Visibility of Deleted Submissions for Competition Organizers

Dear Codabench Team,
I am an organizer of a competition hosted on Codabench, and I have a question regarding the visibility of submissions after they are deleted by participants:
When a participant deletes their own submission (either intentionally or accidentally) through their user interface, can competition organizers still view/access this deleted submission? This includes, but is not limited to:
The submission files (e.g., code, output artifacts)
Submission metadata (e.g., submission time, runtime logs)
Scoring results/metrics associated with the submission
Any records of the submission in the organizer’s dashboard
Clarifying this point is important for us to handle scenarios such as verifying scoring results, resolving participant disputes, or recovering accidental deletions that may impact competition outcomes.

When a participant deletes their own submission through their user interface, you can still view it in the organizer panel "Submissions". Indeed, there is a checkbox "Show soft-deleted submissions":

Some actions and files may become unavalaible though. Typically the submission files is not available anymore.

Are the files still available even when deleted in a backup? We as organizers need the deleted files for some additional analysis.
