Not receiving daily issue emails despite active subscriptions #1838

Hi CodeTriage team,
I've been subscribed to several active repositories for more than 5 days, including high-traffic projects like spring-security-oauth, pytext, and thecore. My email frequency is set to "Daily" and I've allowed up to 50 issues per day, but I still haven't received any issue emails.
I’ve double-checked my spam/promotions folders and searched my Gmail inbox — nothing has come through.
Can you please check if there’s something wrong with my account?
