We want to get interested folks in and experimenting with Homestar/EC as soon as possible. And we want to establish a relationship with them: to know who they are, and why they are interested.

Currently, we have a simple Beta Intake Form. We have been getting a steady drip of new people filling it out. We want to continue collecting answers in the intake form, but we don't want that to be a bottleneck in the devs' experience.

We need to ensure we support developers effectively through this initial onboarding.
