booking-up-for-beauty: issues with the tests in non us systems

Currently the exercise booking-up-for-beauty assumes that our machines are in the us locale by hardcoding the expected strings like You have an appointment on Thursday, July 25, 2019, at 1:45 PM. but if you're on a different locale by default then you get You have an appointment on quarta-feira, fevereiro 11, 2026, at 3:28 PM..

I can think of a few solutions:

• Tell the user to use the withLocale(Locale.US) in case their language isn't set to US
• Include a method that already does that
• Change the tests so it accepts different locales by not hardcoding the strings

The hints already alludes to using a specific locale. However, I note the introduction doesn't mention using locales. Perhaps we could add something about locales to the introduction to allude to it.

We should avoid changing the tests if it breaks existing solutions.
