How does MRP work, and can it be started and configured?

Investigate:

• Finit start script?
• Patch to add mrp.conf or
• Read mrp.conf and configure kernel
• Start bridge when MRP is configured
• Timers, what can we reliably support?
• DSA driver modifications needed?
