Mac Bug: Only Returning Black images

This is a strange issue. Queryable is correctly showing previews while indexing, and successfully indexed all of my photos. However, no matter what I search I only get back 100% black images for the top results and if I scroll I get a few non-black but very dark blue or nearly black night time images.
The result set does not seem to change no matter what I search. Any idea what the cause is or how I might fix this?

I have the same problem. I’m on macOS 15.7.1, I did not have this problem on version 14.

Queryable on my phone runs well too.
