[WTF-2552] Update docs with file and image props with upload capabilities

Update docs with new upload capabilities of file and image property types.

• Update existing links for file and image
• Add description for allowUpload attribute
• Add deprecation warning on Image and File Property for allowUpload attribute
• Add description for EditableFileValue and EditableImageValue
• Add warning for EditableImageValue not supporting NativeImage
• ....other.....?

Documentation needs release-tied PRs declared when you file them. Otherwise we assume they are general PRs that can be merged at will.
