Navigation Bar when project is under review #5334

Please confirm the following.
- I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
- I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal

I recently created a new mod project and at the main page of the project(mod) the highlight buttons at the nav bar are a little bug. You can see it at the images (:
Steps to reproduce
- Go to an under review project
- Change of section
- Done, you will see it(I hope so)
