instance wont create

Describe the bug

modrinth wont let me create instances, it will let me install modpacks and add mods to those, but it wont let me create them. I tried to uninstall and clear the cache, but it still wont work.

Steps to reproduce

1. try to install a mod like normal
2. see that the instance gets stuck on creating

Expected behavior

modrinth would let me install the mod and create an instance like normal
