Documentation: ActivityLog plugin

This plugin needs to be documented. The testing issue has the list of events that the plugin listens to, and the API endpoint for exporting the log. Otherwise, the plugin is almost identical to the Omeka S module, so I imagine much of its documentation could be reused .

Note that some features will not be available in the initial release of this plugin. This is due to changes to the Omeka master branch that have not yet been released.

These events will not be logged when using Omeka 3.2. You can still test them against the Omeka master branch:

• insert_option
• update_option
• delete_option
• install_plugin
• uninstall_plugin
• activate_plugin
• deactivate_plugin
• upgrade_plugin

The API endpoint is only available when in the Omeka master branch, and the plugin's index-acl-resource branch.
