Updated to ver 5.0.5 and now desktop app just hangs

(I'm on Windows 11.)

Just as it says on the tin. It was fine, was using it to do some website coding, closed it, let it update from 4 to 5, and now, the next day, the program is basically bricked.

It opens to the splash and just... freezes. I have to close out of it via the Task Manager. Reinstalled it. Still does it. Reinstalled it again and deleted app data so that I could do a clean install. Still does it.

And before you ask if it had anything to do with Git, I wish I could tell you, because it doesn't let me get that far. Legitimately, it freezes up the second it loads up. I can do literally nothing with it.

That is very unexpected, @haldenlith. Could you please help us with one thing? Please screen record the moment you open Phoenix and then press F12 to open the developer tools. Hopefully, we can gather some clues about what is happening.

@haldenlith, I've fixed the issue #2691. The fix will be available in the next release (coming end of March). Apologies for the trouble.
