Add skip links for improved accessibility #72
Description
The site is has a fair amount of navigation links. These can make it hard for keyboard-navigating users to get to the real content on each page.
I'd suggest adding "Skip Links" before the navbar. Ben Myer has a great explanation of how they are useful and how to implement them.
