Make offline mode accessible easily

Expected Behavior

The offline mode, which can be activated on the Settings page, is important to many teachers, but the Settings page is somewhat hidden and both is undocumented.

Actual Behavior

There should at least be a documentation in the readme or wiki, or the settings screen should be available from the application.
