fix: create new match_options per bracket instead of mutating shared …#212

…record DE and Swiss decider matches share a single match_options row. Editing one bracket's BO was mutating the shared record, changing all brackets. Now always creates a new record for the edited bracket and just unlinks when reverting to defaults.
