[O2B-1514]/Move the statistics button on lhc fills to the navbar

I have a JIRA ticket

• branch and/or PR name(s) include(s) JIRA ID
• issue has "Fix version" assigned
• issue "Status" is set to "In review"
• PR labels are selected

Notable changes for users:

• Statistics button has been moved to navbar. In between RCT and Overview

Notable changes for developers:

• The way the tests exclude ALI FLP whilst selecting select the navbar tablinks is done by checking for id as it doesn't have one. If it gains an id, in the future, the test will fail.
