Uses appose to launch Napari. It works, and launches Napari without any changes needed in CellProfiler itself, but an optimal solution would need changes in CellProfiler to create shared memory buffers that Appose can take advantage of.
CellProfiler does need to be initiated from an environment containing appose. See here.
