Object created from literal syntax will inherit properties from `Object.prototype`, which includes `constructor`. As a result, `lexcon['constructor']` will return a function object instead of undefined.

initial(), it calls lexicon.ts where it assumes the return value oflexicon[token]is eitherundefinedorstring.
