Release 0.0.5

Maintenance release with dependency updates, CI improvements, and documentation additions.

Highlights

  • CI: Updated Node.js matrix to 20, 22, 24 (dropped Node 18)
  • Deps: Bumped raygun (2.1.0 → 2.2.4), @types/aws-lambda, and all dev dependencies
  • Docs: Added CONTRIBUTING.md and RELEASING.md

No source code changes to lib/, test/, or example/.
