Description

Move all pipline tests from stage-2 into preview-env

Delete stage-2

Context

Allows for the tests to be ran with the preview environment

Tells the checkout action to download the entire history. SonarCloud analyses changes and to do its job effectively, it needs to compare the current code against previous versions
