This is the PR for the 2025.4.0 release of Sire. Using
pixilocally, it now appears that the Python 3.12 macOS build is now viable, so I've updated the constraints in the workflow files. I'll adjust this if it fails.develinto this branch before issuing this pull request (e.g. by runninggit pull origin devel): [y]
