This PR:

  • adds assertion statement to the initialization functions in diffusion2d.py,
  • adds unit and integration tests to all initialization functions,
  • includes a coverage report coverage-report.pdf, and
  • adds tox.toml and a requirements.txt file for automatic test execution.
