Fix extension handling to work with the V2 SDK.
In order to make LuaJIT work on Mac it is necessary to update to LuaJIT 2.1.
Using the v2 branch as this is the current version of VCV Rack

[makefile] Update supercollider to v3.13
[makefile] Update Vult header URL
Update PureData (libPD) to v0.13.2
```make dep``` build works on Windows. Currently the ```make dist``` step for the SC engine part of the module fails. Can be built successfully on Mac, Linux untested.

make depbuild works on Windows.Currently the
make diststep for the SC engine part of the module fails.Can be built successfully on Mac, Linux untested.
