feat(greenhouse): add reconcile button to annotate resources

Summary

This PR adds reconcile button to annotate PluginPreset and Plugin instance resources.

Changes Made

• Added reconcile button
• Fixed greenhouse layout
  • The issue has been noticed multiple times. And for YamlViewer if a key has longer value the editor expands to the width of the value which expands the entire page because there wasn't any constraint from the layout.
