k3s seems to depend on the older version of containerd so the CI can't pass.
I'm disabling k3s for now to prioritize the release. And I will restore it once the latest containerd being avilable there.

	github.com/containerd/containerd/v2 => github.com/k3s-io/containerd/v2 v2.1.5-k3s1

LGTM, but for compatibility with k3s I'm not sure if we should merge this after or before making a release
