This updates ppc-freetype to freetype 2.14.1.
This is meant to have circular dependency with harfbuzz.
ppc-freetype-bootstrap(usingdkp-makepkg -p PKGBUILD.bootstrap)ppc-freetype.The pkg-config script is patched to have both freetype and harfbuzz in a group, and deal with the circular dependency.
So far I've tested building wiiu-sdl2_ttf in this configuration, and it works fine, as well as test programs using it.
