Fix admonitions

I assume that at some point you switched docs systems, so this uses the Gitbook style admonitions instead

Interesting.. I didn't know this was a limitation when I've made these changes in #6 PR, I think it's better to prioritize the GitButler Website's Docs, rather than GitHub.

Of course, you could use the workaround mentioned in issue #13 , but in my opinion, the final rendered result will be a bit awkward to view, as it won't be as clear as Proper Alerts Syntax.

@og-mrk Yeah it was a small thing, but I was digging around anyway. Gitbook is a bit "hybrid"

I just stumbled across the alerts on the documentation website as well and found this gitbook plugin that tries to fix it while also leaving the GitHub markdown as is.
