Code Review
This pull request onboards the google-cloud-vectorsearch client library, upgrading it to the v1 API version from v1beta. The changes include updating configuration files, modifying imports to point to the new version, and adding a significant number of new files for the v1 client and its documentation.
My review found a minor issue in the generated documentation where a section header is duplicated. Please see the specific comment for details.
