feat: use official language icon from languageicon.org

Replaces custom language switcher icon with the official standardized language icon design from languageicon.org (two overlapping speech bubbles representing multilingual communication).

Changes

• Added www/public/language-icon.svg - Official icon as reference
• Updated www/components/language-switcher.tsx - Inline SVG implementation using official design

Implementation

Inline SVG maintains currentColor support for automatic theme adaptation:
