I don't know where you are heading with the projectGeneratorSimple. (if you want to add more project templates or not) But for my personal use I added a codelite project template for linux (32 and 64 are both the same project files)
To do so, I had to introduce a templates folder in data/. because there are no codelite templates in OF.
I also enabled your panelPlatforms and made it to show the options on linux.
However I did not implement addInclude and addLibrary. I think those are not really needed on linux with the makefiles?
Also autocomplete paths for openframeworks do currently not work. That is because codelite stores autocomplete lookup paths in a user specific file. I'm working on solving this issue... (http://codelite.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=1902)
