The link points to the official Alertmanager documentation, so this is more informative for users. Also prometheus react UI uses "Documentation" in the react UI (book icon), so this makes the Elm UI consistent with that. Signed-off-by: Christoph Maser <christoph.maser+github@gmail.com>
