Context
Some of the transport efficiency sliders were missing relevant transport nodes. The result was that for the missing transport nodes the efficiency could not be set.
Implemented changes
The missing transport nodes have been added to the relevant efficiency sliders. Now, the efficiency of all transport technologies can be changed again.
