There was a problem hiding this comment.
I was getting ValueError: Plugin already registered: devtools.pytest_plugin and removing this fixed it for me locally.

Tests are passing for me locally with the latest Python 3.12, I don't know if that's slightly different from what GHA has. Looks like this isn't meant to be just yet. |

Just released a new version of executing for 3.12 and wanted to check that it isn't breaking things elsewhere
