fix: mark outmoded articles as draft:true

The feature draft: true is already supported.
Please note that different translated versions of the same article should be marked as draft: true.

This PR demonstrates how to remove "Estimating Gas and Tx Fees" from the index data. After accessing /search-index, the generated search-index.json will no longer include "Estimating Gas and Tx Fees."

Once you have marked all outdated articles draft: true, you can generate a new search-index.json and upload it to Algolia.
